The notice on the use of cookies and privacy policy provides useful information on how and for what purposes Pihamaa OÜ collects, processes, and shares personal data. The privacy policy is based on the General Data Protection Regulation.

The aim of the privacy policy is to protect clients’ privacy in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia and the legal acts of the European Union.

Personal data is any information about an identified or identifiable natural person, such as name, address, email address, and information about viewing our website, social media channels, and using our services.

1. Whose data does Pihamaa OÜ process?

Pihamaa OÜ is the responsible processor of personal data and can be contacted for inquiries at stuudio@pihamaa.ee.

Pihamaa OÜ processes the data of its clients and contacts who have expressed an interest in our services or products or have previously used our services or products. In certain cases, we process personal data available from public sources.

2. Purposes and legal bases for processing client personal data

We process the personal data of our voluntary marketing channel users, product users, and clients (including client representatives) to fulfill our contractual obligations and offer prospective clients better products, services, and information. When Pihamaa OÜ processes personal data for these purposes, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in ensuring the correct and high-quality provision of our products and services.

Pihamaa OÜ collects data from its marketing channels (website) about their use and potential clients’ interests to better understand our clients’ real interests, provide higher quality information, and improve website functionality and user-friendliness. In this case, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in better understanding client needs and offering better services or products.

For example, Pihamaa OÜ processes data on client’s purchasing behavior, about newsletter reading and opening, and about advertisement opening to offer the client preferred offers and content.

If we no longer need the personal data and are not required by law to retain them, we delete them.

7. The rights of the client (data subject)

The client has the right to access their personal data processed by Pihamaa OÜ and the right to request the correction of inaccurate personal data. The right to rectification is the data subject’s right to demand that incorrect personal data related to them be corrected without undue delay.

The right to erasure is the data subject’s right to demand that their personal data be deleted without undue delay, provided certain additional conditions are met.

The data subject has the right to access the personal data we hold about them and that they have provided to us, and the right to transfer this data to another controller, if it is technically feasible and the processing is based on consent or a contract and is automated.

The use of cookies and the privacy policy are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes or claims arising from the policy will be resolved in the Harju County Court in Tallinn.
